〔記者曾健銘／新北報導〕新北市新莊區中正路巷弄內一處馬達工廠，今日凌晨4時許驚傳火警，警消獲報趕抵現場，發現起火的是4層樓建築，位於1樓的作業區不斷地竄出濃煙、火舌，而頂樓有9個民眾待援，警消緊急射水灌救，所幸火勢迅速撲滅，9人被救出時皆無任何受傷，整起火警未造成人員傷亡。
警消調查，起火點疑似在1樓工廠作業區，因現場堆積雜物與機具，全被燒得一片焦黑，已無法辨識，初步研判燃燒面積約30坪，詳細起火原因仍待進一步調查釐清。
