〔記者曾健銘／新北報導〕40歲周姓砂石車駕駛，今日上午9時許，駕駛砂石車行經台61線快速道路南下車道接近台15線道交叉口時，因路口1輛休旅車闖紅燈，周男為閃避車輛，整輛車失控翻覆到北上車道，一度受困車內，消防人員趕抵現場將其救出車外，經查其右手骨折，送醫後暫無生命危險，而遭撞的67歲鄭姓駕駛則幸運輕傷。
警方事後檢視路口監視器，發現鄭男當時停在路口，卻未等綠燈亮起直接違規左轉，後方的砂石車見狀緊急向左邊偏移，但仍失控撞上休旅車左側車身，砂石車隨後衝向北上車道失控翻覆。
轄區新莊分局表示，由於砂石車翻覆後導致汽油溢漏，4個車道全數封閉，稍早已整理完畢恢復全線通車，目前已將鄭男帶回派出所偵訊，詳細肇因仍待進一步釐清。
