新北市新店區一名45歲林姓老闆，繼承父母在碧潭留下的一間50年餐廳，卻染上毒癮。永和警分局網路巡邏時發現，昨晚間7時許持搜索票前往查緝，趁客人用完餐離開後，向林男表示員警身分，讓他當場嚇傻，並在他家中起出液態安非他命多瓶、「0號毒品膠囊」多包，訊後將他依毒品罪嫌送辦。
警方調查，林男無前科，父母在碧潭風景區經營餐廳口碑很好，已有50年歷史，想不到林男繼承後染上毒癮，因在網路上購買毒品遭警方鎖定。警昨晚9時許喬裝客人上門用餐，隨後表明身分持搜索票逮人，查獲多瓶液態安非他命及大量膠囊狀藥物。
林男落網後向警方坦承，毒品都是透過交友軟體購買，供自己吸食，沒賣給別人，「0號膠囊塞進肛門後就會起藥效」，訊後被依毒品罪嫌送辦。
