〔記者陳薏云／新北報導〕43歲加拿大籍男子Ramgahan Sanjay Ryan（中文名顏柏萊）遭肢解成「人彘」，被丟棄在新北市永和中正橋下新店溪畔，警方昨天下午在沙洲挖出一隻死者所有的三星高階手機，至少已泡水一整日，警方擔心擅動手機會死機，緊急連絡民間手機修繕公司，沒想到手機經清潔後，竟能順利開機，已經送往鑑定單位解碼，釐清死者最後與誰聯絡。
根據三星網站，這款高階手機防水防塵等級為IP68，可容許裝置於水深1.5m的淡水內達30分鐘，且能防止灰塵進入。但案發至尋獲，起碼經過40小時，沒想到經過民間修理手機商家清潔後竟可開機，也讓檢警辦案出現一道曙光，若成功解碼，可望釐清死者最後連絡對象，深入追查。
