〔記者余衡／新北報導〕國道3號南下33.6公里處，今天早上9點多發生火燒車事故，1部由王姓婦人駕駛的休旅車，行駛途中引擎室突然冒出火煙，王女見狀立刻將車停靠路肩等候救援。
當時正在附近值勤的國道警察笫六大隊樹林分隊劉姓、鍾姓員警見到濃煙，立即駕車前往查看，兩人抵達現場立即引導車內人員避難，由於研判火勢可能蔓延，隨即以警車內的滅火器進行初步滅火，同時消防車也抵達灌救，最後幸無人受傷。
王婦說，早上她開車載著2名幼女，從新店安坑出發要前往林口，途中引擎室不明原因突然冒煙起火，她嚇壞趕緊將車開往路肩，感謝國道警方和消防員迅速伸出援手。
