新北市土城區一名男子昨晚10點多吃臭臭鍋，加點牛肉、豬血糕等，要價超過200元，吃完居然拍拍屁股就想走，稱會有朋友來付錢，仍被店員攔下，惱羞成怒的他居然躲進店內廁所，直到員警到場，將他揪出並逮捕。
警方表示，29歲的陳姓男子有詐欺、竊盜和毒品等多項前科，目前無業，遊手好閒，因饑餓難耐，昨晚走到明德路上的臭臭鍋店吃飯，吃了一頓粗飽後，丟一句「朋友等等會來付錢」就想閃人，店員機警沒有放行，他就負氣躲進廁所並反鎖。全案訊後依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。
