〔記者何玉華／新北報導〕新北市登革熱疫情再增新莊1例，且波及土城，今（4）日引起新北市議員何淑峰、洪佳君等人關切；新北市衛生局長林奇宏說，出現在土城區的第25例，經病毒基因序列比對，與過去出現在新莊的24例相同，顯示感染源相同。
不過，林奇宏說，新莊區到土城區相拒太遠，不可能是蚊子感染，應該是藉由「人」傳播，但案25沒有去過新莊，唯一連結是公司的送貨員住在新莊，送貨員目前快篩是陰性，沒有出現明顯症狀，是否為感染源，正在進行寫例檢查，結果預計5日出爐。
林奇宏說，送貨員血液中若檢出登革熱抗體，代表他曾經被感染過，就是感染源，目前已針對案25公司同仁及接觸者約40幾人進行健康監測。
萬一，送貨員血液中沒有抗體，代表當地已有另一傳染源，但尚未被監測到，衛生局將對個案周遭進行區塊防治，消毒噴灑區域將從新莊的個案周遭半徑100公尺，擴到大250公尺。
