新北市土城警分局員警9日執行巡邏勤務時，發現一名39歲曾姓男騎士神色慌張，決定上前盤查，想不到男子見警開始口齒不清，且不願配合受檢，還謊稱自己酒駕，試圖分散員警注意，並趁亂吞下自己攜帶的白色粉末。員警將男子強制送醫，經查吞下的果然就是毒品安非他命，訊後依毒品罪嫌將他送辦。
警方表示，當時員警巡邏經中央路、中興路口時，發現一名男子神色恍惚，而且看到警方便急欲右轉逃離，還朝路旁水溝丟了一包不明物品。員警上前盤查，曾男不但開始口齒不清，還謊稱自己酒駕分散警方注意力，趁亂吞入身上攜帶的毒品。
警方見男子吞下不明粉末馬上通報支援警力，並在曾男口中挖出混有口水及血液的塑膠夾鏈袋，還在水溝找到疑似毒品吸食器的吸管，訊後將他依毒品危害防制條例送辦。
