新北市土城區一名男子剛吸完安非他命，還把三菱轎車違停路邊，見巡邏員警上前盤查，心虛的他急踩油門逃逸，雙方展開追逐，男子沿途闖紅燈還蛇行，後來被前方車輛擋住去路，改穿高級球鞋下車狂奔，仍跑輸穿皮鞋的員警，員警私下斥責，「以為我們穿皮鞋的跑不快嗎？太天真」
30歲劉姓男子向警方供稱，因為吸了毒，身上也有帶毒，所以看到警察才會想跑。警方發現，劉男穿一雙要價約4千元的飆風玫瑰（Rose）跑給員警追，但不到50公尺就被壓制逮捕。
土城警分局表示，劉嫌沿金城路逃逸約2公里，在金城路2段棄車逃逸，警方立即追上將他壓制，並於褲子口袋查獲二級毒品安非他命6包(總重9.63公克)，全案依違反毒品危害防制條例移送偵辦。
