新北市土城區今年6月底發生地方角頭「一輪ㄟ」黃義倫車內遭狙殺命案，本月再傳陳姓槍手為了替義倫老大報仇，當街槍擊造成1死5傷。鑑於轄內治安事件頻傳，土城警方22日實施況大臨檢，展現強力掃蕩槍毒決心，由分局長王順益親自主持勤前教育，聯合各單位警力，保安大隊霹靂小組特警等53名，在轄內易發生危害場所臨檢，希望有效淨化治安。
土城警方22日在轄區內容易發生危害及聚眾滋事場所臨檢，並在特定區域設置攔檢點採封閉式路、臨檢，共查獲逃逸移工2人，竊盜2件，公共危險2件。警也持續約談本月槍擊案相關份子，找到曾與陳姓槍手通話的5名友人到案並約制告誡，避免衝突再次發生。
