〔記者翁聿煌／新北報導〕國道3號北上52.3公里處、過鶯歌系統，約上午7點半發生大貨車翻覆意外，疑似與轎車擦撞後側翻，大貨車車身橫躺路面占用外線車道，造成上班時間北上後方車流回堵約4公里，尚未排除。國道第六大隊表示，所幸事故無人受傷，警方將現場中外、外側及外側路肩封閉進行拖吊作業，事故已於8點55分處理完畢。
根據第六大隊調查，自小客車駕駛林男（51年次），疑似操作不當失控偏移，導致由陳男（48年次）駕駛的大貨車閃避不及撞擊，而側翻於外側車道及外側路肩，經檢測雙方未有飲酒情形，事故後續由樹林分隊依規定辦理。（09：30更新）
