欠錢還那麼囂張！新北市一名20歲林姓男子積欠債主1萬8千元，債主追討多次未果，雙方上月31日相約在三峽區安溪路談判，未料欠債的林男竟找來3名友人陪同壯聲勢，2方人馬最後談判破裂，林男友人竟對空鳴槍示威，嚇得附近民眾趕緊報警。所幸警方獲報1日內就將4名涉案男子全數追緝到案。
警方調查，林嫌因為積欠被害人新台幣1萬8千元，雙方31日凌晨0時許在相約三峽區安溪路談判，他並找了陳男、速男及范男一起到場壯聲勢，雙方談判破裂，陳男竟拿出預藏的道具槍對空鳴槍，接著眾人便四處奔逃，完全不想還款。
警方詢問現場證人及被害人調閱相關監視器，在1天內就帶回涉嫌人林、陳、速范姓等4人，並查扣陳嫌在桃園市某消防設施中藏匿的道具槍1把及子彈1顆，訊後陳嫌將依恐嚇、槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例送辦。
