新北市劉姓男子今（15日）凌晨1時許駕駛大貨車從三重果菜市場出發，行經中正陸橋時，疑因路況不熟自撞引道護欄，巨大撞擊聲嚇壞附近居民，所幸並無人員受傷，警消獲報趕抵時，劉男已自行脫困下車，經酒測無酒駕情形，護欄受損嚴重，警方將協調劉男與養工處聯繫賠償。
警方調查發現，劉男昨晚從南部開著23噸的貨車載運蔬果北上，今日凌晨1時許從三重載貨至北市的果菜市場，行經中正陸橋時被1輛遊覽車遮蔽視線，加上不熟路況，閃避不及下猛力撞上護欄，附近民眾紛紛驚醒下樓查看，並通報警方到場。
劉男向警方表示，自己並非疲勞駕駛，已在三重果菜市場休息過，警方已通知養工處前來處理遭撞毀的護欄，並與劉男討論賠償問題。
