新北市一名17歲的賴姓高中生8日晚間10時徐徒步返家，在三重區中正北路及忠孝路口走斑馬線過馬路時，遭到洪姓司機駕駛的計程車轉彎撞上，造成頭部擦挫傷倒地，司機見賴男現場血流不止，本急著要攙扶送醫，恰巧一名黃姓消防員經過，立即將高中生的頸椎固定，經警消到場後送醫，所幸無生命危險。
警方調查，洪姓計程車司機（54歲）在中正北路、忠孝路口轉彎時，疑似因為視線遭車子的A柱遮掩，加上車速並不慢，擦撞到剛下課要返家的賴姓男高中生，造成賴男頭頸受傷倒地。
當時洪姓駕駛見狀，下車後著急的想扶起賴男送醫，全然不曉得貿然移動傷患恐會造成二次傷害，適逢休假的黃姓消防員經過該路口，連忙事前制止司機動作，再以自身的手及膝將賴男受傷的頸椎估定，等到警消到場後，將意識清楚的賴男送醫治療。
警方表示，洪姓駕駛的酒測值為零，詳細的車禍原因將進一步調查釐清。
