不滿女友無縫接軌他竟持信號彈火攻

警方調查，洪男才剛與女友分手不久，便聽聞女友與蔡男交往，懷疑前女友無縫接軌，便與蔡男發生爭吵，與對方相約21日晚間9時許在三和國中捷運站旁談判，洪男帶著劉姓、張姓2名友人持信號彈赴約，蔡男也帶著施姓、鄭姓以及陳姓友人前往談判。

雙方一見面便爆發激烈口角，進而發生拉扯衝突，洪男趁亂竟點燃信號彈往蔡男身上揮去，造成蔡男手臂灼傷、施男臉部挫傷，洪男等人施暴後隨即逃離現場。

警方獲報後迅速趕赴現場，發現僅剩蔡男等人留在現場，經確認無須就醫後，隨即將他們帶回偵辦，並在後續調閱監視器，3小時內迅速逮捕洪男等人到案，並在訊後將雙方共7人依公然聚眾施強暴脅迫罪嫌移送法辦。
