新北市瑞芳警分局近來風波不斷，除日前傳出前偵查隊隊長林國雄涉嫌挪用「義刑顧問團」提供的破案獎金做它用外，現又傳出一名33歲偵查佐賴柏瑞涉嫌向詐騙集團收賄35萬元，賴男在今（19日）凌晨4時許諭令20萬元交保，全案仍在調查釐清中。
據了解，賴柏瑞警專23期3隊畢業，已婚育有1子。賴男同事得知事件後表示，「覺得他是個很開朗，很樂觀的人，平常跟同事互動良好，是個值得交付任務的對象」，賴男是否有收賄事情，仍待市調處調查釐清。
瑞芳分局督察組組長曾志浚表示，經分局內督察系統初步了解，賴男與該集團金流為借貸關係，事後已經全數償還，全案目前已經交由市調處調查，分局將全力配合偵辦，若有不法情形，也絕不會護短，將會依規定懲處。
