〔記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕基隆市受到大雨影響淹水狀況頻傳，上午10時許傳出有一輛黑色賓士車受困在深澳坑路與新北市瑞芳區的交界處。車上2男1女見水淹起來，立刻逃出車外，站在一旁待援。消防隊員趕抵後，將1男1女先帶回分隊，駕駛則表示要留下善後，所幸無人員傷亡。
駕駛向消防隊員指出，雨勢來的又大又急，水淹到最深的地方，一度淹到擋風玻璃，還好人員及時逃出。
目前水勢已經退去，駕駛將車門打開時，車內流出水來，幸好無人員傷亡，而該路段目前仍無法通行。
