鮪魚今天並未出面，則是委由律師代為前往林口分局；律師指出，今天主要是前來分局補齊辜莞允坦承偷拍的錄音檔及相關事證，而辜莞允在事件曝光後，僅在網路上放話帶風向，卻始終避不見面，更遑論道歉，至於鮪魚部分，至今情緒仍相當低落，不滿竟遭偷拍不雅照後還外流，將會堅持告到底。

據悉，原本情同姊妹的2人，日前依同出外景前往帛琉錄製節目時，被安排在同一房間，不料，辜莞允卻趁機偷拍鮪魚的不雅照，甚至因男友好奇她在幹嘛，因而將鮪魚的不雅照傳給男友，直到因鮪魚的手機不慎掉進水裡向辜莞允界平板電腦使用時，這才驚覺遭偷拍，全案這才曝光。
