今天上午10時許，位在新北市貢寮區發生車禍意外，1輛拖板車在行經台二線濱海公路113.5公里處往基隆方向時，車輛突然失控衝撞護欄，拖板車墜落約4公尺深的邊坡，車頭部分則被拖板壓住，駕駛受困其中，警消接獲報案後派人前往，經搶救已將1位約30歲的駕駛救出，卻已無生命跡象，緊急送往貢寮保健站急救。
警方表示該路段是轉彎處，初判有可能是因為天雨路滑，才會造成拖板車墜落意外，目前轄區警方已介入調查，希望儘快釐清意外原因。
