〔記者何玉華／新北報導〕新北市今天舉行「情億相挺 再創騎跡」YouBike騎乘人次破億記者會；市長侯友宜頒獎給第1億人次幸運兒江誌勝先生，同時宣布8月啟動河濱通勤綠廊打造，推動友善安全的優質綠色運輸騎乘環境。
52歲的江誌勝家住板橋區溪頭公園附近，他說，22日凌晨1點多走到住家附近的YouBike站租車，騎至板橋車站搭夜車到台南旅遊，竟成為第1億人次幸運兒，還獲得智慧運動手錶，自己都覺得「太幸運了！」
江誌勝說，他是機車族，後來發現YouBike很方便，又可以運動，只要是到附近買東西、吃東西，都會租用；也會利用河濱車道騎到淡水、新店來回，跟朋友慢慢騎，休閒又能運動。
