〔記者楊國文／台北報導〕「我要加妳的LINE！」做為搭訕手法，頗為常見，但20多歲劉男強迫正妹女大生加LINE不成，竟強拉她的手、擋住去路，阻止離開，高等法院認定觸犯強制罪，昨判他拘役40天，可易科罰金4萬元定讞。
判決指出，2016年11月3日，劉姓上班族在新北市板橋遇見一名女大生，尾隨對方上公車，刻意坐在她旁邊。女大生起身欲離去，劉男卻拉她的手，表示要和她做朋友，並要求加LINE，女大生為脫身同意，事後提告。
劉男辯稱沒拉她手，她想要賠償才提告。
但高等法院發現，劉男故意坐在女大生左側座位，若女大生自願加LINE，以兩人不相識，也無恩怨，不致堅持提告，加上女大生未提民事求償，認定說詞屬實。
高等法院認定劉男觸犯強制罪，昨判他拘役40天，可易科罰金4萬元定讞。（資料照）
