〔記者吳仁捷、徐聖倫／新北報導〕有女網友在臉書社團「爆料公社」控訴，本月11日她與朋友行經新北市板橋區府中捷運站，有2名男子走向她們攀談，其中中國籍吳男竟脫口說出「想跟妳做愛…」，2女傻眼，氣得錄影PO網，2男還笑咪咪，態度輕佻。網友質疑這些人是某「把妹組織」成員，當時在把妹教學。男子上網澄清否認，並承諾15日前主動向警方解釋，也在個人臉書PO文道歉。
中國籍吳男在臉書自稱是來台讀書的交換生，因為自己個性較為粗線條，但脫口說出不雅言語確實輕浮無禮。而另牽連教導與女性交往的粉絲團「壞鄰居w」，因另一人被網友搜出是該粉絲團教師「威迪」，吳男也澄清與威迪只是朋友，威迪並沒有教他這種下三濫招數，都是他個人行為。
警方表示，被騷擾女子並未報案，而性騷擾是告訴乃論，故就算吳男前來說明，也無法立案偵辦。
