台鐵驚爆性騷醜聞，一名20多歲女性職員控訴，日前在板橋火車站月台處與高階男性主管討論問題時，對方突然伸手襲臀，礙於雙方位階懸殊，女職員僅是閃躲隱忍，直到事後離開現場才報警處理；新北地檢署調查後，確認情況屬實，30日依違反性騷擾防治法起訴該名主管。
在遭職員控訴性騷後，該名主管辯稱，當時2人坐在月台聊天時碰巧瞥見女方衣服夾進內褲裡，他出於好意才會伸手幫忙將衣服拉出，怎料事後卻被誤會成「性騷擾」；但檢方調閱監視器畫面，發現當下主管冷不防地伸手襲向臀部，嚇得女子躍身跳起，還以雙手護臀阻擋，明顯與男性主管說法不符，因此檢方不採信其說詞。
