〔記者吳仁捷、曾健銘／新北報導〕新北市板橋區新埔捷運站上的「新巨蛋捷運共構大樓」，今日清晨6時許驚傳男子墜樓意外，20歲黃姓男子，疑似吸毒後導致精神恍惚，竟攀爬出39樓住處外的陽台，隨即從39樓摔下，重摔在4樓陽台，警消獲報趕抵現場時發現其全身多處骨折，已無生命跡象，經送醫搶救後仍宣告不治。
警方表示，今日清晨接獲民眾報案，指稱該高樓住宅傳出女子尖叫聲，警方到場後發現黃男疑似攀爬出39樓外的陽台，經現場警員與消防員勸說勸阻無效，黃男從39樓摔下，而黃男的湯姓女友因目擊男友墜樓身亡，當場情緒崩潰，事後也由警消送醫觀察，詳細墜樓原因及事發過程警方已介入調查。
