警方調查，現場動手的4人均為好友關係，昨天晚間相約到八里區訊塘路上衣間熱炒店喝酒談天，幾杯黃湯下肚後，楊男與康男彼此間因說話語氣產生誤解，雙方當場爆發肢體衝突，楊男趁亂持水果刀劃傷康男左手臂，當場鮮血直流。

轄區警方獲報後迅速趕赴現場正要了解案情時，楊男、康男以及29歲王姓友人竟無視警方大聲咆哮並在員警面前爆發肢體衝突，員警好說歹說下，見眾人依舊無停止跡象，隨即掏出辣椒水噴灑，讓現場眾人冷靜，並將他們帶回偵辦。

4人酒醒後對自己的過錯均懊悔不已，由於康男不願對楊姓好友提出傷害告訴，警方訊後依《社會秩序維護法》對4人進行裁罰。
