氣象局上午已對新北市發布「豪雨特報」，民眾慎防短時間強降雨，淡水、八里、三芝發布「一級淹水警戒」，低窪地區民眾要注意安全。受到鋒面通過影響，一早雙北遭雨彈狂炸，新北市八里區也傳災情，龍米路到處都黃泥沙水漫布道路，光是淡水區，從上午6時50分開始到10時50分，短短4小時累積雨量已達218毫米，不少地區已陸續傳出積淹水災情，
