警方指出，詐騙集團常冒用檢察官或警察，或是網購分期付款等，現在更盛行謊稱健保卡被人冒用或複製，而冒用人涉及刑事案件，導致民眾心慌容易上當受騙，且案例近來有所增加，呼籲民眾注意。
