〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕因西南風偏強，中央氣象局對9縣市發布豪雨特報、對3縣市發布大雨特報，中央氣象局提醒，易出現短時強降雨。
中央氣象局 11點10分對台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市及屏東縣發布豪雨特報；對苗栗縣、台東縣及澎湖縣發布大雨特報。
中央氣象局表示，因西南風偏強，易出現短時強降雨，今（15）日台中以南各縣市及南投縣有局部大雨或豪雨，苗栗地區、臺東山區及澎湖有局部大雨發生的機率，中央氣象局提醒民眾應注意雷擊、強陣風，低窪地區慎防淹水。
