〔記者張勳騰／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣五合一選舉登記截止，苗栗縣選委會發現有3位參選人重複登記村里長及鄉鎮市民代表，依公職人員選舉罷免法第25條規定登記均無效。
重複登記者為溫清郎，同時登記三義鄉第一選區代表及廣盛村長，楊孫圓妹則登記三義鄉第四選區代表及西湖村長，李咸樟則同時登記後龍鎮第二選區代表及復興里長。
三義鄉長徐文達指出，據他了解，溫清郎及楊孫圓妹，原登記參選村長，後來發現參選者眾多，而不想再投入選戰，乾脆再登記鄉代，重複登記後，就喪失參選資格。
苗栗縣選委會指出，依公職人員選罷法第25條規定二種以上公職人員選舉同日舉行投票時，其申請登記之候選人，以登記一種為限。為二種以上候選人登記時，其登記均無效。同種公職人員選舉具有二個以上之候選人資格者，以登記一個為限。為二個以上候選人登記時，其登記均無效。
