〔記者鄭名翔／苗栗報導〕福爾摩沙高速公路苗栗後龍交流道今早10點多發生事故，一輛自小客車於北上約130公里處不明原因翻覆，倒在外線車道，車內共4人受輕傷，消防隊獲報後緊急前往救援，由通霄91先救出3人送往大千醫院，目前則由西湖91趕赴現場馳援地4名傷患，事故也造成車輛回堵，詳細事發原因還有待國道警方進一步釐清。
