〔記者俞肇福／基隆報導〕基隆市中山一路拓寬工程第一工區，將於七月二日進行山側拓寬，並拆除「中山橋」下引道，工期一年；至於電影「千禧曼波」中，舒淇走過的「中山陸橋」，目前正在設計中，預計明年拆除。
基隆市工務處土木工程科長何忠倫表示，七月二日進行中山一路第一工區山側拓寬工程，從新民路與中山一路口到火車站北站，全長約六百公尺，除山側人行空間維持暢通外，主要車流動線都改到海側道路雙向通行，此外，七月二日也封閉拆除中山橋下引道，車輛必須改道。
工務處長張元良說，中山陸橋拆除工程目前正在進行基本設計，經評估及和地方溝通後，安一路與中山一路將採平面接通，但居民希望仍有一人行道可通到火車站，整體拆除工程預估在明年，但拆除工程仍需視設計及發包作業時間而定。
影星舒淇主演的「千禧曼波」，曾在中山陸橋取景，舒淇走在中山陸橋的長廊，邊走還不時回眸，讓中山陸橋因此聲名大噪，不時有影迷來朝聖，更成為民眾打卡的熱點。
