馬祖對外海空交通，受到卡努颱風與東北季風影響，馬祖變「關島」；直到今天早上風速變弱，立榮航空班機在馬祖南竿機場順利降落。（記者俞肇福翻攝）
〔記者俞肇福／綜合報導〕離島馬祖今天終於脫離「關島」命運！
卡努颱風及東北季風共伴效應下，風勢驚人，馬祖從14日起出現10級強陣風，南竿、北竿機場因風勢過大，全天航班取消，就連海上交通也停航，使得馬祖陷入「關島」狀態；14日立榮班機報到旅客共滯留948人，其中滯留台灣471人（松山機場417人、台中機場54人），滯留在馬祖477人（南竿機場334人、北竿機場143人）。
立委陳雪生協調國防部出動C130軍機加入疏運旅客行列，無奈南竿機場能見度不足5000公尺、側風過大，造成待命的軍機仍未起飛；所幸，立榮航空班機從今天早上就開始順利降落馬祖南竿、北竿機場，順利疏運滯留馬祖的旅客返台。
至於台馬之間的海上交通，台馬之星客輪今天晚間將由基隆港出發，行程為先南竿、後東引。
