〔記者陳慰慈／新北報導〕63歲的林姓男子曾因密醫行徑被查獲遭送辦，今年6月在郵局時，被民眾目睹在櫃檯領錢的女子後方，直接掏出生殖器手淫，新北地院依公然猥褻罪判他拘役20日，得易科罰金2萬元，可上訴。
判決指出，今年6月21日下午2時許，林男至新北市板橋區莒光郵局，見一名42歲熟女在櫃檯辦事，竟走到她後方「打手槍」，有民眾目擊錄影蒐證並報警，熟女一回頭撞見，嚇得花容失色呼救，員警到場過濾監視器，在公園逮回林男，將他扭送警局。
林男到案後坦承監視器畫面中的人是他，但否認犯行，辯稱沒有露出生殖器，法官勘驗現場監視器畫面，發現林男的右手放在褲檔前，並前後滑動，認定其犯行判他有罪。
