〔記者蔡孟尚／竹縣報導〕苗栗縣談姓縣民昨天開車到新竹縣竹東鎮訪友，要停車時發現路旁相鄰的2個汽車停車格裡，1個有水泥平台、1個有凸起水管，不禁質疑：「這是極限停車格嗎？」
談先生把他碰到的這個離譜狀況拍照po上個人臉書，不少網友對此議論紛紛：「越野車可以戰勝的！」「是專屬停小孩兒的賓士車還是BMW…」「停中間收2格的錢！」「其實它是機車格⋯⋯」他們甚至質疑是劃設停車格的公部門沒有好好把關驗收，才會鬧出這種笑話。
竹東鎮公所表示，這2個位於合江街路旁的小客車停車格，先前劃設時並沒有水泥平台、水管等障礙物，不久前台電在當地施作管線工程後多了這些障礙物才造成這個狀況，會在之後發包鎮內道路標誌標線工程時，塗銷這2個停車格。
