〔記者黃美珠／竹北報導〕健保開辦滿廿四年，健保署昨天在新竹縣竹北市的水圳森林公園舉辦慶祝活動，宣導健保快易通app，署長李伯璋呼籲民眾下載「健康存摺」做好自主健康管理。
李伯璋說，現在已經有健保快易通APP，只要下載「健康存摺」，就能輕鬆掌握個人最近三年的就醫資訊。而且今年還增加了眷屬管理功能，可查詢父母與子女的就醫紀錄，守護自己與家人健康。
他還說，「全民健保分級醫療」概念今年將納入國小課綱，建立國人珍惜健保資源的正確觀念；新竹縣長楊文科表示，健保是台灣在國際上值得驕傲的政策，希望大家珍惜。
昨天的慶祝活動有不老樂童西洋鼓隊、竹北社區柔力球、歌舞表演及健保行動劇與摸彩，並提供康乃馨造型的相框，讓民眾與母親合照。
