創見去年深耕工業應用市場，工控產品年度銷售比達43.9%，年增6.9%，同時，以策略性產品作為消費市場發展主軸，導入利基型產品，提供差異化服務，帶動營業毛利率26.4%，年增加近4個百分點，本業的營業利益達39.97億元，年增20.9%。
但受新台幣升值的匯兌損失、認列轉投資典範虧損等業外損失影響，創見去年稅後淨利為26.55億元，年減7.87%，每股盈餘6.17元。董事會昨決議，去年盈餘將擬每股配發5.8元現金股利、資本公積每股配發0.2元現金，合計每股擬配發6元現金股利；以昨收盤價83.8元計，殖利率達7.16%。
