〔記者洪友芳／新竹報導〕台積電（2330）今召開法說會，法人看好第四季與明年營運展望，推拉今開盤後股價登240元大關，市值達6.22兆元，再創股價與市值歷史新高，法說會行情續延燒。
美股漲，台積電在紐約交易所掛牌的ADR（每單位表彰台積電5股）週三收41.5美元，上漲0.25美元或0.61%，ADR收盤價折合新台幣每股為250.66元。
台積電第三季合併營收為2521.07億元，季增17.88%，超過財測目標。法人預期台積電第四季營收將成長1成以上，明年7奈米量產的成長動能也佳。受法人看好，台積電今以239.5元、較昨上漲2元開出，即登240元大關。
