竹市雨勢趨緩積淹水穩定消退

新竹地區目前最劇烈雨區轉移至新竹縣、桃園市，預計竹市劇烈降雨即刻起將逐漸停止，轉成短暫陣雨，目前市區積淹水均穩定退去，大多數地下道均已恢復通車，僅太原路、全中興兩處地下道仍封閉中。

根據竹市消防局掌握資料，17日5時至10時累積雨量210毫米，最大時雨量60毫米，新竹市午後將轉成短暫陣雨，後續時雨量將逐漸降至10-30毫米，目前雨勢稍緩，消防局與環保局也已盤點目前淹水路段、退水後泥沙堆積處，備妥調度超過50部抽水機進場抽水，並派員清理路面堆沙，以盡快恢復通車。

市區各處積淹水包括東門城圓環、護城河皆穩定退去中，新竹市目前封閉中地下道有兩處，包括太原路地下道、全中興地下道，太原路與全中興仍有約積水情形，已派出多輛抽水機排除；其餘地下道消防局與環保局已派員清理，皆已恢復通車。
