新竹市議員彭昆耀一開始議會質詢，先關心市府的財政狀況，接著他肯定市長再度獲得五星級市長的肯定，希望市府團隊能繼續努力。接著他話鋒一轉，提到市府近來在南寮的建設，讓南寮能見度大幅提升，連帶也湧入大批觀光人潮，對此他給予相當高的評價，也期勉市府對南寮的建設能再接再厲。
黃文政議員關心的議題面向廣泛，舊城區的困境、新竹市的育兒環境、友善步行空間及十八尖山的公廁與停車問題都在他今天的質詢中一一被提出，針對十八尖山部分，他建議興建立體停車場，一次滿足大型遊覽車、汽、機車停車空間不足及公廁的問題。
兩位議員對市政有建議、有肯定，提出方向希望市政能越來越好。
