〔記者廖淑玲/雲林報導〕秋冬原應是蔬菜盛產季節,今年至今氣溫仍偏高,各類蔬菜產量銳減,供不應求造成菜價大漲,西螺果菜市場每公斤均價仍在三十元大關,預估得到明年一月中旬,菜價才會明顯下跌。

波菜、芹菜、莧菜 比去年漲二到三倍

氣溫居高不下,原本應該非常平價的短期葉菜類,包括小白菜、青江白菜目前每公斤交易價格都在廿元以上,空心菜叫價近四十元,波菜、芹菜、莧菜甚至喊到五十元,和往年同期相較上漲二到三倍,近二天來菜價雖略回跌,但仍維持在中上價位。

西螺果菜市場昨天蔬菜進貨量七百八十一公噸,均價卅.三元,較前一天到貨量減少二.四%,價格也從卅一.三跌幅三.二%;市場人員表示,二期稻作正進入採收期,待二期稻收成後,田間將改種裡作蔬菜,最快一個半月後採收上市,若氣候順利預估明年初價格將大幅下滑。

二期稻收成後再種菜 產量才會上來

西螺果菜市場經理廖憲彰指出,秋冬因氣溫較低適合蔬菜生長,原應是盛產季節,今年卻從九月至今仍常超過三十度的高溫,葉菜類不敵熱浪而易腐爛減產,部分產區甚至全軍覆沒,供需失衡,導致菜價應聲上漲。

隨著氣候降溫,市場預估,蔬菜生長順暢,產量逐日增加,但因這季節沒有年節刺激,承銷商購買意願偏弱,買氣疲弱,菜價略有回跌,只是蔬菜到貨量僅正常供貨的七到八成,導致菜價仍在中上價位盤旋。

廖姓菜農說,前兩天小白菜在市場拍賣每公斤超過卅元,昨天已下滑到廿幾元,趁著好價錢趕緊採收上市;陳姓家庭主婦則抱怨以往一把空心菜十塊錢就買得到,現在要廿元,而且明顯變小把,面對「天公不作美」只能精打細算度日。
