〔記者詹士弘／雲林報導〕「五湖四海皆兄弟、西螺七崁共一家！」西螺七崁文教基金會舉辦武術嘉年華，重頭戲「七崁武術～作伙轉來打拳頭」昨天下午吆喝登場，近千名練過西螺七崁武術的學子及民眾，在西螺大橋打綜合套路，隊伍從橋頭延伸到橋中，長達數百公尺，寫下歷史性的一刻。
學習武術大可以保家衛國、小能夠強身健體，七崁武術師父傳授畢生精華，希望「教之以武，戒之以鬥」，能讓更多人學習武術精神。
