〔記者廖淑玲/雲林報導〕秋冬原應是蔬菜盛產季節,今年至今氣溫仍偏高,各類蔬菜產量銳減,供不應求造成盛產便宜的菜價卻大漲,西螺果菜市場每公斤均價仍在30元大關,預估得到明年1月中旬,菜價才會明顯下跌。

氣溫居高不下,原本應該非常平價的短期葉菜類,包括小白菜、青江白菜目前每公斤交易價格都在20元以上,空心菜叫價近40元,菠菜、芹菜、莧菜甚至喊到50元以上,和往年同期相較漲了2至3倍,近2天來菜價已逐漸回跌,但仍維持在中上價位。

西螺果菜市場今天蔬菜進貨量781公噸,均價30.3元,較前一天到貨量雖減少2.4%,因買氣不佳,價格從31.3元下跌1元,跌幅3.2%;市場人員表示,二期稻作正進入採收期,待二期稻收成後,田間將改種裡作蔬菜,最快約1個半月後採收上市,若氣候平順,預估明年初價格將大幅下滑。

隨著天氣降溫,市場預估,蔬菜生長順暢,產量逐日增加,但因該季節沒有年節刺激,承銷商購買意願偏弱,買氣疲弱,菜價略有回跌,只是蔬菜到貨量僅正常供貨的7到8成,導致菜價仍在中上價位盤旋。
