老婦力衰癱坐路旁虎尾暖警即救援

雲林縣警局虎尾分局土庫分駐所警員黃雅芳與翁煒勝於日前執行勤查時，經110轉報在土庫鎮145縣道發生交通事故，隨即趕往現場，經了解後，原來是一群郵局職員路過該路段發現有位老婦人癱坐在路邊水泥護欄上，因溝通上出了差錯，誤以為老婦人遭車輛撞擊而報案。

經警員黃雅芳耐心詢問下，得知該老婦人姓李，住在元長鄉卓運村，並已高齡94歲，其使用腳踏車載運資源回收物時，因體力不支暫於路邊休息，員警們擔心天色已暗，獨自返家可能發生意外，遂開車將老婦人及腳踏車一同載回家中，暖心舉動讓在家中苦等老婦人返家的兄嫂直呼感謝，對於警方如此熱心幫助，頻頻向員警點頭致謝。

警方呼籲，家中如有高齡長者，平日除應多加關心，更要隨時注意其身體狀況及可能活動範圍，減少長輩陷入危難當中。
