「煮菜真得很辛苦」小朋友從準備食材到下鍋煎煮，雖然有媽媽在一旁協助，仍是手忙腳亂，才發現準備三餐真得很不容易。
建陽國小校長黃瑞璋表示，媽媽每天準備三餐做家事忙碌又辛苦，有時候挖空心思所準備的飯菜，還被孩子嫌東嫌西，安排這場活動，讓小朋友體驗做飯菜辛苦，感謝媽媽辛勞。
江進華一早就帶著團隊進駐建陽國小廚房，利用在地鮮蚵、高麗菜、地瓜芋頭等食材，烹煮古早味湯飯、拔絲地瓜芋頭、海鮮蔬菜煎餅，融入食農教育，培養學生愛家惜福情懷。
