〔記者陳燦坤／雲林報導〕崙背鄉奉天宮信徒許願不同於一般廟宇，不是將線香插在香爈，部分民眾則是請求將捲香掛在懸樑，成環捲香懸掛樑下，看起來相當壯觀，當地勘輿師認為是信徒許願，想沿續對神明禱告。
許多廟宇每逢過年，常有信徒到廟裡點光明燈或太歲燈祈求幸福，崙背鄉奉天宮不僅有信徒點燈，在大門入口處的懸樑還可以看到成排的捲香掛在懸樑，每個捲香都以紅紙寫著供奉者名字，外地民眾看到特殊景象覺得好奇，廟方則解釋這些捲香就是信徒的祈福卡，希望許下的願望神明可以幫忙實現。
當地勘輿師父陳維祥表示，過去民眾習於到廟裡祭拜神明後，將線香插在香爐，但一來香爐空間有限且燃燒時間短，民眾覺得神明可能難完全理解自己願望；加上，廟宇有懸掛捲香在天公爐習俗，民眾便有樣學樣，隨著時空改變，相同情況已漸減少。
