廢水無法處理 大埤酸菜館醃漬槽不續租

[記者黃淑莉/雲林報導]等嘸補助款,雲林大埤酸菜館醃漬專區的廢水無法去化,大埤鄉公所發文通知酸菜醃漬業者館內200多座醃漬槽今年11月30日租約到期不再續租,業者需另找地方醃漬酸菜。

大埤酸菜供應量佔全國超過8成,全盛時期鄉境內酸菜醃漬槽多達1000多座,因醃漬後高鹽份廢水污染問題,公所爭取中央補助打造酸菜專業區,區內設置醃漬專區,有216座直徑4.5米、深3.6米的水泥醃漬槽。

大埤鄉公所農業課長賴俊雄表示,1座醃漬槽可醃漬1至1.5公頃農地種植的芥菜;當年的「蒸發結晶廢水處理設施」2008年停用,廢水暫存在80座醃漬槽,累積至目前約有3600多公噸廢水。

據指出,為解決暫存的廢水,公所委請中興大學生物產業機電工程學系教授謝禮丞研究團隊協助,研發「隧道式日照蒸發結晶設施」,經過2年測試效果不錯,公所積極爭取補助款建置該設施,經費約需3000多萬元。

經費至今沒著落,加上醃漬專區的廢水暫存空間已飽和,避免發生芥菜沒地方醃漬情況發生,公所已發文給醃漬業者告知醃漬槽今年不續租。

業者說,醃漬專區有遮雨棚,不怕日曬、雨淋品質較好控制,公所不續租就要在租用閒置醃漬槽或以田地挖坑應急,產量、品質一定都會受影響。
