〔記者張瑞楨／台中報導〕台中市71歲的何姓老翁，今天下午1時左右，不知何故駕駛休旅車，衝入台中市西屯區的港尾子溪內，中市消防局將已經昏迷的他救出送醫，休旅車則四輪朝天，仰躺在約4公尺深的溪流內，是急症發作、誤認道路？警方還在調查中。
中市消防局接獲報案之後，馳抵西屯區僑大六路與黎明路三段路口的港尾子溪，將困在車內已經失去意識的何姓老翁救出，並聯繫中市警局六分局，調查這起意外的原因，警方聯繫吊車，先將老翁的休旅車吊上路旁，再調查事故原因。
