梧棲海風強勁，牆面經海風長期吹襲，潮濕污黑，由於梧棲頂魚寮公園地面彩繪受好評，梧棲區頂寮里里長與台電梧棲服務所所長討論協調，決定將圍牆綠美化。
台電公司指出，將梧棲服務所南面一帶圍牆規劃3D彩繪，已完成2幅，吸引民眾拍照，此構想獲得立法院副院長蔡其昌支持，為讓當地民眾更有參與感，將邀請鄰近學校師生彩繪梧棲服務所北面圍牆。
