台中梧棲大排又見掏空，護岸人行道嚴重龜裂、傾斜15度，議員楊典忠接獲民眾投訴，前往會勘，民眾說梧棲大排六年發生三起護岸掏空事件，由於兩旁住宅密集，要求市府還給民眾安全的居家環境。對此，水利局表示，研判是供道路排水的RCP管脫落，造成土壤遭沖刷流失，人行道下陷，護岸初步目測並無損害，後續會請建設局會勘，研議改善。
梅雨季節，連日來豪雨，梧棲區中華路旁梧棲大排北側護岸人行道下陷深度過膝，長度約一百多公尺裂縫，中段部分造成約15度傾斜，梧棲區公所目前以交通三角椎圍起塌陷處，並通報水利局搶修。議員楊典忠表示，颱風還沒來，就已護岸掏空，萬一颱風來襲，怎麼辦，市府水利局應該重新檢驗梧棲大排上中下游河岸穩固與安全性，別讓民眾生活在恐懼環境。水利局指出，下午現場勘查，研判是供道路排水的RCP管脫落，造成人行道下的土壤遭沖刷流失，導致人行道下陷，而護岸部分經初步目測檢視並無損害。後續將請建設局會勘研處改善RCP脫管情形。
