台灣最多流水蝦餐廳肯定是台中!今年2月在梧棲開幕的蝦盜聯盟,由4位好友一起出資,店內裝潢以海盜風為設計,老闆娘筑筑笑說:「因我們其中1位老闆很喜歡「航海王」,不過因版權問題我們將店面改為海盜風。」用餐空間寬敞、乾淨,且設有洗手台讓人可隨時清洗雙手。店內桌子都靠在5條水道旁,而水道裝上LED燈會不斷變色,增添趣味。餐桌都會附上1桶冰水及2支夾子,長夾夾蝦、短夾則燒烤用,老闆提醒:「可別混用,以免汙染水源。」此外,一旁還有海鮮自助吧及熟食區、飲料區及甜點區,隨時補上現做料理,如黑胡椒骰子牛等。對了,若假日來訪,老闆特別提供限量椰子酥,可別錯過。

老闆表示,這裡的蝦都是跟養殖業者配合,每天新鮮直送,店家也會隨時巡視,若一發現蝦死了就會馬上撈起送至廚房料理,民眾能安心地抓蝦、烤蝦、吃蝦,一次滿足。
